Citizenship and leadership in school and community

CSV Education provides training and support for schools, colleges, universities, and other education practitioners nationwide in developing volunteering, leadership and citizenship programmes.

We also offer a variety of training and services for young people and adults in the wider community, and have sector leading knowledge in mentoring, peer mentoring and e-mentoring.

We have over 40 years experience in developing citizenship education and campaigning for citizenship in schools. In 1969 we were instrumental in the decision to add community involvement to the schools curriculum, and in 2002 we helped make sure citizenship was placed on the National Curriculum for every child in England.
